By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not use the Service.
When you create an account with Daily Budget Piggy, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@absolutezerostudio.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Daily Budget Piggy app and Service for your own personal budgeting needs, subject to these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service. This means you shall not, for example:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Absolute Zero LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks, logo, and brand elements may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You agree that you obtain no ownership rights by using the Service, aside from the limited license granted above.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absolute Zero LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Absolute Zero LLC or its owners, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount (if any) you paid to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Absolute Zero LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice to you (for example, via an in-app notification or email) prior to the changes taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, where Absolute Zero LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, national, or international laws.
