Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Super Budget Piggy mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Absolute Zero LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Anonymous use

You may use Piggy without providing any personal information. An anonymous account is created automatically on first launch. Your data is stored locally on your device.

Linked accounts

You may optionally link a Google, Apple, or email/password sign-in to enable cloud sync across devices. If you do, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at info@absolutezerostudio.com of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from failure to protect your credentials.

Account accuracy

If you provide an email address, it must be accurate and current. Providing false information may result in termination of your account.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service solely for your own personal budgeting purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service
• Access or tamper with non-public areas of the app or our infrastructure
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code, or interfere with the Service's availability
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to extract our source code, algorithms, or proprietary data
• Use automated scripts to interact with the Service without our written consent

In-app purchases

Piggy offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features (cloud sync, unlimited budgets, recurring payments, secondary currencies, and premium themes). Subscriptions are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) — we do not handle payment card data directly.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Your payment method is charged through your Apple ID or Google account. Prices may vary by region and are shown at the point of purchase.

Cancellation

iOS: Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions → find Piggy → Cancel.

Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find Piggy → Cancel.

Premium benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

Restore purchase

If Premium isn't reflected after a successful purchase, use More → Restore purchase (iOS) or ensure you are signed in with the same Google account (Android). Contact us if the issue persists.

The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality — including the Piggy name, logo, design, and code — are and will remain the exclusive property of Absolute Zero LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. Our branding may not be used in connection with any other product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of the financial data you enter into Piggy. By enabling cloud sync you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit that data solely to provide the sync service. We do not use your financial data for advertising or analytics purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absolute Zero LLC disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Absolute Zero LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties within or linked from the Service
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Absolute Zero LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damages — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Termination by you

You may delete your account at any time via More → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated cloud data within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (country), where Absolute Zero LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to local, national, or international laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

Acknowledgement

These Terms are concluded between you and Absolute Zero LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Absolute Zero LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content. These Terms do not provide usage rules for the Service that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; in the event of a conflict, those Apple terms govern with respect to your use of the Service obtained through the App Store.

Scope of license

The license granted to you for the Service is a non-transferable license to use the Service on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and only as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Service may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Maintenance and support

Absolute Zero LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Service, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.

Warranty

Absolute Zero LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Service to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Absolute Zero LLC.

Product claims

Absolute Zero LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service or your possession and/or use of the Service, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

Intellectual property rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Absolute Zero LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party terms of agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Service.

Third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
